Boilers

The average lifespan of a boiler is between 10 and 15 years.  Keep it regularly serviced and maintained and it could last you a lot longer and save you money in the long run.  Adam Carter Plumbing and Heating cover installation, service, fault finding and repair of most boilers and also offer gas safety certificates for landlords.

Boiler Installation

If you're looking to upgrade to a more efficient boiler, replace a faulty one or install one in a brand new house, I can help. Whether you're looking for a combi, heat only or system boiler, I can fit any type, whether it's powered by mains gas, LPG, oil or electric, together with solar powered installations.

Fault Finding and Boiler Repairs

As efficient as modern boilers are, one day something will wear out and stop working.  If you've lost your ignition, have a noisy fan or pump, lost pressure or simply not working, Adam can diagnose and fix it for you.

Boiler Servicing

A faulty boiler can be extremely dangerous and it is therefore wise to have it serviced once a year to check that it's working safely and efficiently.  See the checklist below for what's covered in a standard annual service.

Landlord Certificates

If you're a landlord you have a legal obligation to protect your tenants by having any gas appliance in the property properly tested by a Gas Safe engineer. Adam is fully qualified to undertake these checks and provide you with the appropriate certificate.
